Start-Rite Girls Camp

Girls will learn related skills such as kicking, throwing, catching, dribbling, batting and hitting. Sport literacy skills such as balance, coordination, flexability and strength will be developed through games and drills. Fun contests and treats will give the girls an enjoyable skill start. Our positive and energetic coaches and low student to teacher ratios, provide the perfect enviroment for developing confidence and self-esteem.

ROOKIE

All the basic skills for the volleyball beginner are covered in this camp, including setting, bumping, and serving. Good team organization will also be developed. Fun and motivation, along with games and tournaments, are a big part of the program.

SUPERSTAR

In this camp, all of the skills necessary for success on the volleyball court will be developed. High intensity drills will challenge athletes to improve their play. Treats, incentives, and fun will motivate the participants to work hard. Competitions and tournaments will be part of this advanced program. Introductory play systems will be covered along with spike hit progressions.

JR HIGH INTENSITY

This action-packed junior high camp will stress all the skills with an emphasis on spiking, serving, and advanced team offensive and defensive systems. High- energy drills will prepare the campers for a great season of play. Many incentives and lots of fun will motivate participants to achieve their best. The final day will feature individual contests and a World Championship Tournament.

SR GIRLS CHAMPION

High performance camp for the dedicated player. All skills and systems will be covered along with conditioning, jump improvement and competitive drills and games. A special feature will be instruction by top National and University players.
